An excellent getaway for all levels of riders. Bring the whole family! A relaxing snowmobile excursion that is centered around visiting the spectacular Ice Hotel and enjoying a 5 star hotel and casino.
We meet Monday February 11th for dinner and to discuss our upcoming events. We will be located on the outskirts of Quebec City, those who are so inclined may like to explore this beautiful historic city in the evening.
Tuesday morning we depart at 9AM, this being the easiest day of riding., approximately 65 miles. Our first stop ( excluding coffee breaks, etc) will be the Ice Hotel where an English speaking guide will give us a grand tour. Afterwards lunch will be eaten in another part of the complex. We will then return to Cheateau Lac Beauport which offers fine dining with a view of the frozen lake for our seconds night lodging. For those who wish to continue riding there will be a guided trip to an island in the Saint Lawrence River that is a stones throw from the Old Quebec City. You may opt to ski nearby (till 10 P.M.) or take a 15 minute taxi ride back into Quebec City for a little night life.
Wednesday morning we are off to the beautiful Charlevoix Reigon for a two night stay at the Fairmont Le Manor Richelieu, a truly spectacular five star hotel. It is "The Castle on the Cliff " overlooking the St Lawrence River. The hotel features amenities such as: a world class casino, shopping mall, swimming pools, spa, gym, indoor parking, and evening skiing among many others. It must be experienced to be believed!
Thursday; Valentines Day! Spend a full day exploring and enjoying the Manoir or ride with our guides up through a river gorge.
Friday morning we head out at 8 A.M. back to our original point of departure. At 140 miles this is our longest riding day but it is an easy ride. Friday Lodging Included.
