can 5 Star help me prepare for my trip? |

For the novice, all trails are designated
for snowmobiles exclusively. They are mapped, marked and professionally
groomed on a regular basis for safety. There are over 20,000
miles of groomed snowmobile trails in Quebec alone! We stop
at gas stations, restaurants, points of interest and local snowmobile
clubhouses for breaks along the way. Upon receipt of deposit
we will provide a list of recommended preparations and supplies
to make your trip more pleasurable and safe. |

| Do 5 Star's trips allow
for different riding speeds? |
 |
We accomodate everyone and will break
into two groups or more depending upon riding skills. Be advised!
On the more aggressive trips we ride hard all day with the
occational pit stop. |

| Are children welcome on
any trips? |
 |
5 Star always welcomes children on
novice tours. You will need a drivers license or junior snowmobile
operators permit to drive, otherwise see "Two
up sled". |

| What are the options for
sled rentals? |
 |
Assorted makes and models, prices
vary accordingly. Clothing and helmets available but must
reserve ASAP in advance. Deposits required according to dealer.
All rented sleds come with local trail permits, 5 Star will
produce options and prices upon demand.
West Yellowstone rentals may change make and model daily,
subject to availability.
Rentals available for all trips from local dealers. Arrangements
made upon request. The cost is approximately $125.00 - $150.00
U.S. currency per day, helmet and clothing also available.
Definition of "two
up" is two people on one sled.

| Escort Truck & Trailer: |

Provides transportation of luggage,
coolers, ski gear etc. and will meet us at every evening and
most lunch stops. In the event of a breakdown we will trailer
your sled to the nearest dealer for repair. For your convenience
the trailer may contain an extra sled that will be available
to you in the interim. The transport vehicle is also available
to carry anyone who simply does not care to ride that day. |

| What measures does 5 Star
take to help secure my belongings? |

Secure hotels for truck, trailer and
sleds. Your personal belongings are our utmost concern and we
treat them accordingly. |

take to help preserve my safety? |
 |
We use satalite phones and GPS (global
positioning systems) and our guides are are trained in CPR and
first aid. |

All trips include at least one nights
stay in a hotel with a swimming pool so bring a bathing suit
if you wish to swim. |

| When will I receive confirmation
of my trip and directions to the departure location? |

Following full payment you
will receive confirmation, directions to point of departure
and telephone numbers for all hotels. |

| Can a trip be cancelled? |

5 Star Snowmobile tours
may cancel any trip due to weather or other circumstances
and provide a full refund to all clients affected. Trips may
be modified due to weather or other situations that may occur.

| Currency Exchange: |

This can be done at the hotel. Best
rates obtained by withdrawing money from any ATM machine in
Canada or in a U.S. bank prior to departure, it can also be
done at most border crossings. |

| Quebec Trail Permit: |

$125.00 for a seven day or $180.00
for the entire season ( Canadian currency ). If you need to
obtain a permit, they will be available at our hotel or fill
out an application form and I will send it to you. |

| New Brunswick Trail Permit:
